The government is spending £450 million on improving physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools. The funding is being given over the academic years 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 to improve provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools.
We aim for an environment which enables and encourages all members of the community to reach out for excellence. For our children to gain the greatest benefit from their education it is vital that they attend regularly and your child should be at school, on time, every day the school is open unless the reason for the absence is unavoidable.
St Scholastica’s Catholic Primary School is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its pupils. As a school we recognise that safeguarding against radicalisation is no different from safeguarding against any other vulnerability.
